Justine intentionally guides you to rediscover your true nature through, self-exploration, self-resourcing, reconnecting to your higher self and befriending the body.

I blend diverse trainings from Therapeutic Counselling, elements of Somatic Experiencing, Strength based practices and Yoga (trauma-informed) to provide a holistic approach that considers the body, mind and spirit in our sessions.

Bio

I am a Registered Therapeutic Counsellor, Wellness Life Coach and Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT-200). My approach is collaborative and compassion based. I draw from the therapeutic modalities of client-centred, trauma-informed and body-centred perspectives. My aim is to provide a non-judgemental space for you to explore your struggles, expand your capacity for regulation and discover effective tools and resources to support your resilience and potential to live more in alignment in your life.
